Membership Process
How it Works:
- Complete and submit the online membership application.
- If we have a waitlist the application will inform you of that. There may be a delay in joining the club.
- If space is available, you will receive instructions via email to schedule an appointment for the mandatory meeting.
- Attend the scheduled meeting and pay your dues.
Rostraver Sportsmen's & Conservation Association is ALWAYS looking for people to join in the fun! If you are interested in becoming a member, please complete and submit the membership application below.
Wait List
If a waitlist is in effect, your application is still welcome. However, scheduling a required meeting will be delayed until capacity becomes available. If space is available at the time of your application, you will receive an email with instructions to schedule a meeting.
Appointment Required
You must schedule an appointment before attending a meeting. Walk-ins are not permitted.
What to Bring
Please bring a check, money order, or credit/debit card (a small processing fee applies) to pay your membership dues at the meeting.
Meeting Schedule
Monthly meetings are held on the 3rd Monday of each month at 7:30 PM.

First Year Membership Rate: ONLY $120 (initiation fee $60 + the first year's dues $60)
Current Rate (After initiation year): ONLY $60.00 per year!
NEW! Lifetime Membership is also being offered!
Once you are a member, you have the option to pay dues one time for LIFE! This will be 35 times the current dues rate.
That means you NEVER have to worry about fee increases EVER!
Volunteer Expectations
To enhance our community and maintain our facilities, we expect all members to participate in volunteer activities. This involvement is essential for the upkeep of our club and the success of our events. We offer a variety of volunteer opportunities to suit different skills, interests, and ages. Your active participation not only supports our mission but also fosters camaraderie among members. For more information on how to get involved, please visit our Contact page to contact us directly.
